I'm newbie to this wechall site, so I tried to solve all challenges from the scratch.

It seems that this challenge is the only one in JavaScript category.
So, I thought this can be solved via java script codes even though they are applied to the whole challeges in this site.

I'm thinking of the heartbeat stuff - I think this function is not essential for the page...
Is there any additional advice?

Usually, challenges are _not_ related to stuff included on every page. This is also the case here.
(There might be exceptions to that from time to time, especially for easter-egg like challs, which you need to search for - this is none of them)

The heartbeat JS is normal functionality of the site - I think for keeping track of online users - and has nothing to do with any of the challenges Smile

You might wanna start with the Training category instead.
